  1. Who would you take? Given the choice I'd take Tim. I think we've seen Freddy's best stuff, and he
seems a little too flaky to be a solid team player. I'm sure that Tim will have no problems doing
domestique duties as needed where with Freddy you're never quite sure what you are going to get. I
think that Tim has a lot of upside potential too. I could see him becoming a solid spring classics
racer especially if the weather is cold and nasty.

be here, and we're happy to have signed him. We tried to get Freddy (Rodriguez), but we got Tim
instead, so we're pleased to have him on board."

Freddy can win a classic. In fact I expect him to do it this coming spring.

Hmmm, I can't say I ever thought of Fred Rodriguez as a flake, or even slightly sketchy. He
seemed to be fine with pulling others around when he didn't have a chance to win at a race. Tim
does that pretty well, too. Of course, with as many name riders as Saturn had, a guy -has- to be
able to work for others. I think FR still has plenty of life in him - he did rather well in
several stages of the Vuelta this year (a few top fives), as well as being fairly competitive
early in the season (until he was injured after two crashes). If I was running a team in Europe,
I'd actually want both of 'em.

You know what Howard I get the Dumbass of the week award. I was seeing Rodriguez and thinking
McRae. Now that I've got my head out your right. FR is mroe of a climber than Tim though, so having
both would work nicely. This weeks dipshit Bill C

You can tell them apart because I don't think that Chann speaks Spanish.

That, and Freddy doesn't floss with rope.

That would be different, indeed, Bill. I'd say your assessment does come *much* closer to
    fitting Chann.
