Just start adding your stats to the bottom of your usenet postings.
The robochallenge software reads the newsgroup and adds anyone if
finds. For details on what format to use for the stats, see:

Note that the robochallenge won't see the "since" without the colon,
i.e. "since:", and it will assume you mean April 12th, not December
4th. I'm not sure what it will do with the rest of the line though,
it will be fun to find out ;-)As for the monthly goal, try "monthly-goal: 2" so it notices.
Thus, your entire line would be (assuming April 12th):

Wow! You've lost 28,842.5 lbs! ;-)
Also, 19/04/2004 for April, although it figured out what you meant,
since there are only 12 months.PS: If you update the 290.5 on your next post it will fix it.

Well I did pretty well on staying LC this week. One waiver was a piece
(about 3" dia) of fruit bread that my DH got with his salad yesterday. I
exercised 5 out of 7 days this week so exercise increase is also happening. Finally kicked into ketosis, took over 7 days. Had the ugly mouth taste
start yesterday. Weight this AM shows 3.5 pounds lost. I'm not convinced.
I'll formally post a 1 pound drop and wait 'till next week to see what
happens. I tend not to trust the scale at home; it will weigh different 3
times in a row. I'm trying to stay off it to avoid the syndrome I was in a
few years ago, weighing every time I was in the bathroom, obsessive!. The
number on the scale indicated how I felt. Now, I'm only going to weigh once
a week.Gayle

At your weight, if you only lost 3.5 pounds, you're eating way too much.

in. Now that I'm not obsessively counting carbs, I'm pleased to find that
my daily blood glucose measurement and my weekly weigh in have proved that
this WOE can be very easy to follow. :-)Chakolate
