  1. There are now two people with 7 pounds lost in 10 days. I suppose it is
possible, but the numbers don't look natural to me.

Interesting. What about the integrity of the posters? Just curious. 🙂

The robochallenge is reading the posts correctly, if that's what
you're thinking about. I just audited those two entries.

Probably water weight, for example consider Kristen's post just before
dropping 7 lbs in 7 days:

So, recommitting today to (true) induction levels, as there is no
taking this dress back! And taking this opportunity to post for the
    robochallenge.

It sounds like her committment has held true, which is what the RC is
    all about :-)

  4. I get weighed by an external source, and then reverified at home. I don't
have to justify to anyone except for myself, and why would I lie to myself?
I do an hour of combined aerobics and anerobic weight-lifting 5 days a week
and have really watched the calories. I don't eat anything with sugar
alcohols (due to an upset stomach). Diet and exercise... who knew? 😉

That can EASILY happen if they are in Induction.

My point is simply that an error could be in more than one place. A typo or
whatever. I don't think you need to lie. In fact, I haven't even been to
    the site recently.

When I first started LC I lost 7 pounds in four days.

I lost 7 lbs in a week.. but to be fair I did weigh myself on Monday the
28th when I was on day 2 of my TOM. I started induction the next day and
weighed myself again on a hospital scale on Tuesday the 8th.

    ====================
When I first started strict LC in 2001 I dropped 9 lbs in the first 14 days.
    Maybe it's not so unusual.

Yep, I worked out harder than I ever have since restarting. I increased my
aerobic time by 10% ( and planning to increase it again next week). Got rid
of artichokes that I was having daily and switched back to cabbage and raw
spinach. Also, I have been watching the fat intake (not usual for me) but I
really do want to shave calories right now. Oh yea, I actually zipped my
reference jeans today. I couldn't bend my knees, but I zipped em! lol
