Does anyone know of a fender for a road bike with 700C or 650C wheels
and very low fork clearance? It would probably have to be a split
front fender.
Thanks.

SKS Race Blades. Not full but decent.
I got a pair from Harris Cyclery by mail.

SKS Race Blades are good. However, if you want full fenders, but don't
have the clearance, you can get some reacharound fender brackets.
Here's how it looks and works:

I like sks fenders too, but get the wide ones (25) because the narrow
ones will most likely rub.
