I have finally surveyed the route that you proposed to Cronulla, with a bit of a variation. I went up bonds road, left at Forest, right at Morts road, left into Boundary, right into Oatly Parade, over the Como Bridge, and after that all the way in accordance with your directions. I did not go all the way. was doing a leasurly pace, trying not to get lost. Turnded around at Captain Cooks Drive. But this ride is great, and you could go all the way to Kurnell. I love that. Surely, I will be doing it often. One thing i need to mention here is that THERE ARE SOME KILLER HILLS ALONG THE WAY. Great training.
Thanks again.

Belmore rd-veer left at Jaques rd & up the hill to Forest rd
straight across lights & down forest rd
turn left into Issac st straight to Roberts rd
R into Barr st, L into Balmoral rd then R into glen st
L into Acacia st, R into Seaforth av then L into Woonona pde
Under rlwy line at Oatley then R into Oatley pde... then Cycleway to Como
From Oatley- Cremona rd, L into Tivoli esp L into Oyster bay Rd
R into Carvers rd then to Bates dr all the way to Princes hwy
Cross hwy and go down Garnet rd then left into Bellingara rd, R at Box rd
Cross Port Hacking rd then follow Belgrave esp and Holt Rd through Sylvania waters to Taren Point.
Cross Taren Pt rd, Down Toorak av, R into Alexander av, L into Bay rd
R into atkinson, L at Paraweena and at the end is the Bike path which runs behind the industrial estate along captain cook drive to Cronulla...
As I said, not the most direct route- but a nice ride.
