  1. Captain Bike was probably the most passionate person I ever had the joy
of interacting with about cycling. His knowledge and love for all kinds
of cycling will remain an inspiration for my perspiration!

  2. I predict sheldon will become a legend, a guru he was already. Now he
will live forever and magicly be able to help us build wheels from
    beyond the grave.

I think I will frame the emails about the 3 leading 3 trailing spoke
    pattern I still have archived.

  6. I am saddened by his passing but I think we can all take solace in
knowing that he spent his life not only doing what he loved but
spreading that joy to others. RIP Sheldon.

  7. Sad news indeed. His 'memorial is March 2'
    (http://sheldonbrown.com/harris/); any Boston area unicyclists
    attending?

I loved his 'humor page' (http://sheldonbrown.com/humor/index.html).
But why did his inventions always get announced on April 1?
