I orriginally thought I had gotten an alergic reaction from something, and developed a rash on my arms I've since figured out It's ringworm this has been pissing me off for almost 2 months now, what is the fastest way to get rid of this.
Ive heard of putting bleach on it, also sulfer? if so, how?

I was prescribed an anti-dandruff shampoo (Selsun) with great success. Just dab a little onto the infected areas before bed and bath/shower it off in the morning. Clears up quite quickly.

I was a machinist mate in the Navy who spent a lot of time in an engine room; this was a common occurrence among warm- water sailors. I've had it a few times and I've only had one case where Clotrimazole cream, available OOC, didn't work (I got a scrip for a different kind of tineacide to take care of that.) You put it on a couple times a day and you should be rid of it within a month or so. A diet that includes coconut oil may be a worthwhile prophylactic.
I had a rash develop on my leg, and I tried the raw garlic. It made the rash a LOT worse. Turns out the rash was the beginning of an outbreak of psoriasis which took me about 20 years to figure out how to control. Steroid ointments worked temporarily, but the psoriasis rebounded after the ointment.
Ringworm and psoriasis are difficult to do a differential diagnosis. If the fungus cells are seen under the microscope, then it is probably positive.
I now use MG217 ointment in a very thin layer on and surrounding the psoriasis lesion. After about 1-2 weeks, it will disappear. I've never found a natural substance that is consistently effective.
Check out some of the new research about sunlight and vitamin D. Supposed to help skin conditions - but don't sunburn!

Omega 3, 6 & 9 fatty acids for about 4 months will usually stop psoriasis outbreaks.
