  1. Just a reminder, the first of January is a good time to start a
ride/training diary. There is a simple spreadsheet here that you may
    find useful:

    veloway.orgdiary.shtml

Or do a search on google because there are lots of other training diaries out there to choose from.

This is beaut. A training diary will be useful to keep up my motivation and monitor progress.

I have seen yours and added a few variables vfor my own purposes.

Not sure how I will analyse the additional data, but will collect it first and see.

    Thanks for kicking this off.

One of the best logs/diaries I've found online is Little Dune's Cycl-o-Power which can be downloaded at www.littledune.com for free.

As I can't measure calory use I just ignore that part of the program.

But I have started logging my rides with a GPS (Garmin Etrex Venture) and can use info from that to put into the program.

    Well worth a look.

  4. Steve,

A good simple spreadsheet which I like, and the graphical output is good also.

Thanks for sharing it. I'll certainly use it.

  5. For my own interest I've recently put together an online training diary
which some people might find useful. Note that this is purely
non-commercial, and I'm open to any feedback on it. It was initially
started for rowers, but has basic support for cycling (will take some ideas
from the spreadsheet posted to improve it) so might interest some.
