Survey time - how many times a week and for how long do you ride?

Ah, now you're going to make me realize how much my riding time has dropped
in the past few months. Job & children requirments have forced me to cut
back from 3 times a week, at least two hrs each, to maybe once a week for a
    few hours...

Thanks for bringing me down man...

True! My doctor couldn't belive that a 4 mile loop that takes me about 40
minutes to complete is exercise! That is until I showed him what the pros
do it in and some pictures from the Internet.

Then I told him about riding a 30 pound bike versus a 43 pound bike. He
seemed to like the feeriding and DH pics too.

Then he laid into me about injury and my age etc. (35). Man I ride wayyy
within my limits too he just doesn't seem to get it though.

Who really cares anyway, just ride and have fun!

Never mind that, a family friend just came to my brother's wedding in a
    rather substantial lower-leg cast.

He broke his leg and ankle because he slipped while making a golf shot.

That is by far a worse injury than anything I have ever managed on a
bike, and I once won a "most blood" award at a race.

    Golfing is dangerous,

    I prefer 10.35 Ghz.

We don't often get that kinda sunshine around here though.
