True! My doctor couldn't belive that a 4 mile loop that takes me about 40
minutes to complete is exercise! That is until I showed him what the pros

Then I told him about riding a 30 pound bike versus a 43 pound bike. He
seemed to like the feeriding and DH pics too.
Then he laid into me about injury and my age etc. (35). Man I ride wayyy
within my limits too he just doesn't seem to get it though.

Never mind that, a family friend just came to my brother's wedding in a
rather substantial lower-leg cast.
He broke his leg and ankle because he slipped while making a golf shot.
That is by far a worse injury than anything I have ever managed on a
bike, and I once won a "most blood" award at a race.
