BTW, anything near Chicago that used to be a corn field is now a condo field. Metra rail has spread Chicago like a people plague. You have to be at least 50 miles away to find corn these days. I grew up there in the 50's and corn was everywhere, but not now.

Well I lived on the South Side until I was 10.
Then I lived in Rural Illinois in several communities until I was 23, then I lived in Arkansas for over a decade and moved back to rural Illinois. I only live in Schaumburg because I'm close to my job and other things.

Yeah, Work doe that to you. I am fortunate in that most places I work I manage to find a place where they have indoor bike racks for the non-motor commuters. A lunch time ride seems to se t things straight for the day. Bill
