I have had my revenge on Vernon for his comments the other day 🙂 He's not
been out on his bike much over the summer. As a result, he informed me this
evening that he had trouble keeping up with me today and when I overtook him
on the last mile before home on our cycle ride to & from a business meeting
this morning. He was, apparently, most disconcerted as he could not keep up
once I'd overtaken him. That'll teach him!

Deja vu ... I had almost the same convo with my other half this evening
after our return from the supermarket
The distance we cycle cannot be compared to those cycled by yourself or
others on this group, but it made me feel chuffed ....
