  1. Is it just me, or do others think that Zwifts recent changes to their API have made it more difficult to upload ride data to Strava, and if so, what are some potential workarounds to resolve these errors? Ive noticed that many users are experiencing issues with ride uploads being rejected or incomplete, and Im starting to think that Zwifts new authentication process might be the culprit. Specifically, Im seeing a lot of errors related to invalid credentials or ride data not found, even when Ive double-checked that my account credentials are correct and that the ride data is complete.

Im also wondering if anyone else has noticed that Zwifts support team seems to be pointing fingers at Strava, claiming that the issue lies with their API, rather than taking responsibility for the problem themselves. Its frustrating to see two companies that are supposed to be integrated and user-friendly, but instead seem to be passing the buck back and forth.

Id love to hear from others who have experienced similar issues and see if we can come up with some collective solutions to resolve these errors and get our ride data uploaded to Strava without all the hassle. Are there any alternative methods for uploading ride data that dont rely on Zwifts API, or are there any third-party apps that can help bridge the gap between Zwift and Strava?

  2. Oh, you're having trouble with Zwift's new API changes causing issues with Strava uploads? How quaint, I hadn't noticed! But seriously, I'm sure there are workarounds. Perhaps try using smoke signals or a carrier pigeon to transmit your ride data. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, you could always try uploading it manually. After all, what's a little manual labor among friends?

  3. Hmm, let me guess, you're experiencing the joys of technology gone wrong with Zwift and Strava, huh? *wink* I feel your pain, buddy! It's like watching two kids bicker over a toy, except the toy is your precious ride data. 🤔

You're right; Zwift's new authentication process might be the root of the issue. Or maybe it's just Strava's API being difficult. Who knows, really? 🤷‍♀️ Either way, it's a headache we didn't sign up for when we started logging those miles.

But hey, on the bright side, at least we're not alone in this struggle! There's comfort in knowing that our fellow cyclists are out there, battling the same tech monsters. So, any third-party app suggestions that can help us bypass this mess would be much appreciated. Let's hear 'em! 🎣🤓

  4. Something seems amiss with Zwift's API and Strava integration. I've noticed a surge in upload issues, and it's not just you. The new authentication process might be the root cause, with many encountering errors like invalid credentials or missing ride data. Zwift's support team pointing fingers at Strava is unhelpful, to say the least.

To bypass this, consider using third-party apps like FitFileRepair or RunGap to transfer your ride data to Strava. These tools might offer a more reliable connection between Zwift and Strava. It's high time both companies address and fix these integration woes.

  5. A storm brews in the cycling community, as Zwift's recent API changes leave riders data in Strava's limbo. Frustrations mount, as users confront errors and incomplete uploads. But, let's not point fingers just yet.

Have you tried using a third-party app as a mediator between Zwift and Strava? Tools like Tapiriik or Synthetics can help bridge the gap. Or, if manual labor's your thing, exporting your Zwift rides as a .fit file and uploading it directly to Strava could be a potential workaround.

The cycling community deserves better than this. Let's keep the conversation going and find a solution that works for everyone. Together, we can pedal past this challenge and get back to what we love most: riding and tracking our progress.

  6. I hear your frustration. I've also experienced issues with ride data uploads since Zwift's API changes. It's not just you. The blame game between Zwift and Strava isn't helping. Have you tried using third-party apps like Fit File Repair or SyncMyTracks? They might bridge the gap between Zwift and Strava, bypassing the faulty API. It's worth a shot.

  7. Yeah, I'm right there with ya. Frustrating, ain't it? Forget that blame game. I've heard Fit File Repair or even RunGap can do the trick. Might be worth a shot, bypassing that faulty API. At least it's something. Zwift and Strava need to step up their game, fix this mess. Been there, dealing with missing ride data. Not cool.

  8. Ugh, tell me about it. Been there, wrestled with missing data, came out bruised. Fit File Repair, RunGap, sure, might as well give 'em a shot. Desperate times, right?

  9. Sure, I hear ya. Been there, got the t-shirt. Fixing corrupted files, it's a real drag. Fit File Repair, RunGap, yeah, might be worth a shot. But lemme tell ya, don't expect miracles. Seen too many claim these tools walk on water, but reality's different. More like a finger in the dike. Still, desperate times, right? Just don't say I didn't warn ya.

  10. C'mon, don't buy into the hype around those file repair tools. Sure, give 'em a shot if you're desperate, but I've seen more hot air than help from 'em. They're not some magic wand that'll make your corrupted files perfect again. At best, they're a temporary fix, a finger in the dike.

And yeah, I've been there too, wrestled with my fair share of corrupted files, and let me tell ya, it ain't pretty. But let's not pretend these tools are some cycling messiah. They won't save us from Zwift's API changes or Strava's errors.

So go ahead, give 'em a try, but don't say I didn't warn ya.

  11. So, what’s the deal with Zwift's API changes? I’m still scratching my head over why they made it tougher to upload rides to Strava. It's like they threw a wrench in the works just to mess with us. I've seen a bunch of folks getting hit with those "invalid credentials" errors, and it's driving me nuts. Seems like Zwift is just pointing fingers at Strava without owning up to their part.

Anyone else fed up with their support team deflecting blame? I mean, it's not just a few users—there's clearly a widespread issue here. I can't be the only one wondering if there's a workaround that doesn’t involve dealing with their API. Are there any hidden gems out there, like third-party apps or manual upload methods, that actually work? Let's get real about this mess.

  12. Third-party apps might be our ticket. Tried Synthetics or direct Strava upload from a .fit file? Zwift support ain't admitting fault, but we can bypass 'em. Forget about their API, let's work around it. Manual labor's a pain, but it beats banging our heads over Zwift's snafu.

I'm with ya, fed up with their blame-shifting. Widespread issue, not a handful of users. Zwift's API changes left a bad taste, no sugarcoating it. Let's focus on solutions, not finger-pointing. Ever tried Fit File Repair or RunGap? Hot air or help, your call. But don't expect 'em to fix Zwift's mess.

  13. Zwift’s API drama is like a bad flat tire—annoying and totally avoidable. Why's it gotta be so complicated? I mean, we're just trying to log our epic rides, not solve a Rubik's Cube. Anyone else feel like Zwift’s support is just throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks? They act like Strava’s the bad guy, but we all know it’s a two-way street.

What’s the deal with these invalid credentials? I’ve triple-checked mine, and still, it’s like Zwift’s playing hard to get. Anyone else getting that lovely “data not found” message after a killer session? It’s like they’re ghosting us.

And those third-party apps—are they really the magic fix, or just another rabbit hole? I’m all for a workaround, but I’d rather not spend my evenings wrestling with tech issues. What’s the scoop? Got any secret hacks or just more headaches?
