eh who am I kidding. Even a clean rider couldn't convince anyone he didn't dope. Not in this world; only the honest, brave and foolhardy confess. Those who ride clean and say so are so challenged and people wait for that head to fall.

In the way of news there isn't much new there just the same old castigations, ruminations, rumors and regurgitated testifications; but it is neatly wrapped up in one location and with links to your congressional representatives so you can suggest they investigate.

It's not just the Bush concept. The other side (far left) do the same thing, they just have better press.

The investigate LA site seems to have been put together pretty fast, with the grammatical errors floating around. Interesting timing with the Lemond vs Trek stuff going on.

They definitely need some proofreading. Only 87 hits on the site so far and only one "guestbook" signature.

Considering that LA had both testicles removed, I believe he would have been prescribed testosterone as a hormone replacement therapy. Would he have been allowed to compete? How did this effect the ability of UCI to test? Would this make doping easier?

...it may be something the "far left" does, but one cannot deny that bush/rove have a great personal history of whisper & smear campaigns used since their political association began.

back on topic, this is a fine point for why i'd argue that alexi grewal should have named names or, at the very least, offered up some testimony which would give authorities a starting point to follow the money.

Okay... so here we get the real bias. As anyone in cycling knows... passing in-competition tests means very little as far as determining if you dope or not. There are multiple instances of dopers who never tested positive. This is not to say that Lance is dirty, but to 100% state he was clean is just expressing an opinion.

So just based on opinion and rumor... VT has determined that LA is clean. If he is clean... it will be revealed in any investigation (at least revealed that there is no evidence he was dirty). So what is the worry? This is a blatant example of double standards and the real reason behind the DPF policy. It is to protect the idea that Lance won clean. Vaughn is doing here what he disallows everyone else to do. Presenting his unsubstantiated opinion as fact, when it can only, through multiple examples of other confessed dopers who passed dope tests, be an opinion.

Irrespective of whether the site is just a self-flagellating waste of time... Vaughn has said enough to reveal his bias and double standards. And Vaughn is only really a symbol of all the other Lance apostles. They are so afraid that the person they have staked there cycling soul on becomes another fallen idol, that they have to respond, and protect, and oppress any contrary opinion. I hope Lance goes down partly so these guys can learn the real meaning of objectivity... learn their own sermon that they spout from the pulpit every day.

I am pretty sure Lemond has emails from Burke recently deceased, Trek owner and founder, that Armstrong probably doped, but was making them so much money he had to STFU.

That will be interesting if that comes out in the lawsuit.

I'm nearly 100% sure that is correct. He only had one removed, nor was he ever prescribed testosterone or had TUE for it once he was back racing. The one good ball's production of T is ramped up, so you return to normal levels without the need for testosterone replacement.

that was not the point.

The point was, did he get permission to use it.

Even after a unilateral orchiectomy they natural testo levels should be normal.

But look at all the ruses cyclists, and Armstrong in particular, justified boosting his crit in the Canarys from 42 to 49, with no reality in the science.

It was the point to which I was responding since someone posted he had both removed and speculated he would have needed T replacement.

As far as I know he did not get a TUE for testosterone, and I believe this speculation has been put to rest previously.
