Replacement for Mich comp s lite

Any more for any more? I used to have XC Pros, nice tyres, id agree.

My 2 sets of S Lite on two bikes are still going and
going.

Presume you are a flyweight then? 🙂 He's only light but those are
papery thin tyres and coupled with lightweight tubes the rear was left
with 5x5mm Lshaped holes punctured in the tyres. Amazing really.

I just put my comp s lite back on the bike from last year. The only thing I
found them good for was a light mud tyre as they shed fairly well. In the
dry they are far to flimsy.

I ran Larsens and Pythons over the summer and found them pretty good. The
Larsens are great new but the sidewalls are very flimsy and they don't last
long. The Pythons stand up a bit better but they're a lot more expensive.
I found the 'new' python ultra light or whatever it's called makes for a
pretty good front but I doubt it's strong enough for a rear. I was using
the more expensive and heavier elite gold on the back.
The other day I heard someone say getting the UST Larsen for normal rims is
good as the sidewall is a bit heavier.

It's finaly started raining here so I'm running comp s light up front and a
crappy geax sedona 2.0 on the back for the winter series. I'd won a stack
of them at races and the tread looked good for a rear mud tyre. They seem
to work ok and in these conditions grip is more important than weight.
