Lie on it. Hold air valve open. When you feel yourself in
close contact with the ground, it's empty of air!

If only it was like that I wouldn't have posted. And it
comes with a small bag which requires close on all the air
to be removed. I think I'll have to modify one of the fill
adapters so that it goes past and holds the seal in an open
position. Then I can suck the air out. Cheers and thanks for
