OK I am looking for a weight bench that will fold up easily (because of
limited space) and store away after I am done using. The one that I
found at [censored]
Seems to have a "Recomended Weight Capacity" of 220Lbs.
What exactly does that mean? Is that including my weight and the
weights or is it just the weights?

I'm going to die rather sooner than I'd like. I tried to protect my

All you seem to have accomplished is copy and pasting an ASCII

It means that this bench is basically a mouse trap for people. You
lay down on it with weight suspended over your body. It snaps, and
then so do you. When I finally decided that I was going to lift
weights I went out and bought the cheapest bench that WalMart had in
stock. I am glad that I started, instead of waiting around to
purchase a whole pile of equipment, but the cheap bench really was a
waste of money.
If space is a problem then just don't get a bench at all. The one
exercise that really requires a bench is the bench press, and you can
get around that exercise. Lift stuff over your head, deadlift, and
squat.
