Now now... be nice! If all of us googled, there would be no
questions, no threads, no newsgroup! :-o

I steam most veggies, and chicken is not bad steamed either.

Catfish fillets, shrimp, lobster, crab and shellfish.

Be creative! You'd be surprised at the number of foods that
    are good steamed.

I don't, however, recommend it for beef.

I steam a lot of vegetables also - particularly asparagus
which I like done in a steamer.

I also steam stuffed fish fillets. I can post the recipe,
but basically : to 4 fairly shallow fillets of fish, you
should use half a cup of wholemeal breadcrumbs, 1 tab.
freshly chopped parsley, and the lemon zest and juice of
half a lemon mixed together plus salt and pepper (a small
food processor does the job well) - and then formed into a
small tube and divided into 4 and inserted inside the
fillets of fish which are then rolled and secured with a
toothpick. I steam these for 10 minutes in a steamer lined
with baking paper. They are delicious and very low fat.

See? None of those are actual recipes.

The question was too general, IMO. It's like asking, "I just
got a new oven. Anybody have any recipes?"

Yeah. Open door, stick your head in. Turn to high and
    breathe deeply.
