I've used the Cake Flour Blend in cookies and cupcakes and the texture was perfect. The cookies had a VERY slight oaty flavour, but I don't consider that a problem. If anyone tries the Bread Flour Blend, please post how it worked out. I get all my ingredients from http://www.store.honeyvillegrain.com/
How do I not get tired of repeating the same [censored] over and over?

Onions are not low carb
Should I list the newsgroups where I post messages about MY faults?
Come on John. Surely you can find something better to do?
Carmen
Onions aren't low carb? Too bad, as I eat a few slices of onion daily.
Since I think you have JC KFed, you may not know that this is yet another JC (the "John" I addressed) trolling the real JC. As for onions, unless you're eating bushels of them you ought to be fine. They're low in calories. ;-)

Thanks for the info. Someone trolling the real JC? JC does elicit some interesting responses.

JC is not being trolled. He's being forged, as in someone who is not him is using his name and email address to post.
You're right. He is being forged. Since it's being done in such an obvious way I used the trolling term. He's trying to get JC's goat. Again. It took me a bit, but I traced it back to someone who has popped in and out of ASDLC since '98. He'll probably disappear now that he's been uncovered. Funny that.

Walk it off. ;-)
I would, but I might lose a few more pounds and everybody will get jealous... some more.
Easily fixed. Post the link to your pics.
You want the population to become so apoplectic with jealousy, so they can't get more jealous?
