I like Jiffy mixes, too. Their fudge brownie mix is rather versatile. Sometimes I'll use espresso instead of water to make mocha brownies. Or, peanut butter morsels, white chocolate morsels, chocolate morsels, various nuts, etc. Spouse likes the banana nut muffin/bread mix and adds chops walnuts to make mini-muffins. They're so good right out of the (toaster) oven with butter!

My mother likes the Jiffy corn muffin mix; yes I've had better but also had worse that was made from scratch. Didn't like the oatmeal muffin mix or the ones with the artificial 'blueberries' or 'raspberries'. Don't like banana nut muffins in any case no matter how they are made LOL. Didn't know they had a brownie mix.
