Did it myself. Worked great at towing a leetle trailer for
my Vanguard.

Did you use a commercial hitch or do a homebuilt?

How did you attach it to the car?

Commercial, Draw-Tite maybe. Four points of attachment: two
half-ish inch holes in the tire well with big beefy backing
plates that I sealed real well with some goop, the towing
loop and (the hardest to assemble) an attachment shared by a
muffler hanger and the heat shield via two 5/16-ish screws.
The 'sandwich' was difficult to get assembled and the screws
started. No photos, sorry.
