I went camping once, and once is enough. Bugs, tents, sleeping bags,
peeing in the woods......what a nightmare. The only time I enjoyed
camping was when I went to Woodstock in '69. But that was a whole
different kind of camping. If you know what I mean jelly bean. ;-)

Woodstock was, well...Woodstock. It was an event and nobody cared about
the rain that much. Weren't we all just a bit stoned to care? People who
missed that era will never (never, ever) understand.

There will never be another time like it. It was amazing to come of
age in the sixties. I still have the headband and fringe boots I wore
when I went to Woodstock. Plus a few other souvenirs of the trip. I
remember stuffing flowers under the headband.

They say, if you remember Woodstock, you weren't having any fun. ;-)

That hippie headband, so old and so worn. has so many great memories
attached to it. It was a crazy time.

Ah but the point of camping is to get away from it all, even if just for a
