Thankfully, the 2PD-OMER Approach is not a diet:

Thankfully, it is so simple there is no need for a book either.

    Truth is simple.

This would be enough food for 7-8 days for someone who is using the
    2PD-OMER Approach.

Doc, regardless of the kind of word games you play with it, it's a

Is it your claim that "portion control" is a diet and that there is no

    Actually, it is:

    Diet \Di"et\, n. [F. di[`e]te, L. diaeta, fr. Gr. ? manner of living.]

    1. Course of living or nourishment; what is eaten and drunk habitually;
food; victuals; fare. ``No inconvenient diet.'' --Milton. [1913 Webster]

    2. A course of food selected with reference to a particular state of health;

I'm not saying that's what Dr. Chung is necessarily doing, but I do

I recall the "FAQ" vs. "FAQs" business.

In truth, FAQ is not a "word" but stands for:

    Frequently Asked Question.

It naturally follows that FAQs would stand for:

    Frequently Asked Questions.

    Truth is simple:

    http://makeashorterlink.com/?P2264129A

The way to the truth is straight and narrow:

    http://makeashorterlink.com/?A2642108A

You will be in my prayers, dear Ernst whom I love, in Christ's holy
    name.

May you reject your pride and accept Him as your personal Lord and
Savior, someday, so that you too will have eternal life and the
fascinating riches of His everlasting kingdom.

    Here's how:

    http://makeashorterlink.com/?I22222129

Please note that God truly made this special link describing that He is
the great "I am" and that His message is as simple as the number 2 which
is a number between 1 to 9 and reminds us of His 2 commandments, the 2
arms of the cross, the 2nd part of the Trinity, the 2 finger sign of the
Prince of Peace [who remains *V*ictorious over death and satan], and the
2PD-OMER Approach. Let it not ever be written that Christ did not make
His presence known here on Usenet :-)

Also, note that Exodus 16:16 continues to remind us that 16 oz plus 16
oz makes 2 pounds, which is "a certain measure of weight," which is what
    "omer" literally means in Hebrew.

Enter the 2PD-OMER Approach, which can "cure" metabolic syndrome (MetS)
thereby bringing this thread back on topic for these NGs :-)

    Here it is again:

Is it your claim that "portion control" is a diet and that there is no
such thing as a "normal diet"?

abuse language and ignore the meanings of words. People get abused.

I'm not saying that's what Dr. Chung is necessarily doing, but I do
notice he seems to have a pattern of speaking in his own private
language, and casting it in a cloak of his "board certified MD/PhD"
    assumed authority.

I recall the "FAQ" vs. "FAQs" business.

    no

such thing as a "normal diet"?

    Here is my claim:

    *****

    From dictionary.com:

"To eat and drink according to a regulated system, especially so as
to lose weight or control a medical condition."

    Truth is simple.

Doc, regardless of the kind of word games you play with it, it's a
diet. You've joined the diet guru club.

    *****

What about my claim is untruthful, or makes any reference to "normal
    diet"?

By the way, if this "portion control" of which you speak is done in a
"systematic and regulated" fashion (as it appears you require with your
"two pound approach,"😉 then it would very much seem to qualify as a
    diet, according to this definition.

Please go on with your hairsplitting though, diet guy. I need
    hobbies.

Not really. The web site specifies that when one is inquiring with a
single question that this question is a FAQ.
