Best made. Not cheap. Way not cheap.

They do make a "one a day" and a "two a day" multi. I'm not familiar with
    the ingredients.

Do you actually pay $79/mo + $75/yr for this stuff? Holy [censored].

No. With bulk buying and member discounts, about $37/mo for the LE Mix. The
$75/yr pays for a monthly magazine, about $100 in products of my choice, and
support for their research and lobbying functions.

What do you know about Shaklee vitamins David? Any good? Better ones out
there? I get them at distributor prices, so they're not too spendy...but
    they're still up there.

Have you considered recycling your urine to get more out of the

    I don't like 5000IU of A in the retinol form or d-alpha E, or B6
    that's without pyridoxamine.

Also, I started to avoid nicotinamide (Jim's complex has B3 in the
"right" form) after reading papers related to this -

    http://focus.hms.harvard.edu/2003/May16_2003/genetics.html

Then I've done some head scratching and decided that I'm not going to
pay for something that has stuff that I think is wrong. So, my
solution is to buy in bulk and mix myself.

That is the ultimate solution, to be sure.

The "expensive urine" argument is an old one. And has generally been

14 vitamins a day, eh? Interesting. I didn't have you pegged for a flake,

    Oh, wait...

    :-)

    There.

If 14 makes me a flake, hold on a minute while I count.

    <count, count, count>

Not including various powders/liquids that go into the blender (protein,
creatine, flax, greens), I swallow...wait for it...

    43 pills/tablets/capsules a day.

    Flake^2.

  13. Shaklee is the best nutritional suppliment! Not only the multi- but
all the products. I know what you mean about the pricy [censored], but
Shaklee does dissolve immediately as proven in a test on 60 minutes.
For weight lifting I reccomend the Physique (my brother swears by that
stuff & has been lifting for years)
