It's interesting that Dr. Gray bills himself as a "certified" Family
Therapist, as it is unknown who/what would have "certiified" him. Since
he resides/is headquartered in Northern California (Marin County), he
would have to be a "licensed" (by the State of California) Family
Therapist, and have an "accredited" degree to actually practice as such
in this State. I guess he just writes books & gives lectures to
gullible people who don't bother checking him out. Buyer Beware!

Apparently, many professional associations are on "the honor system" as
far as applying for membership goes (they don't check credentials), so
nothing more than a written check will get you in.

After just reading the on-line Washington Post article about the
prevelence of oftimes entire ghost-written books in the publishing
industry by famous people, I have to wonder whether Dr. Gray actually
authored the books attributed to him. Popping out 13 books in a
relatively short time period seems excessive. Oh no, I guess it's just
my suspicious nature again.

I know two well published authors. One writes some good fiction, and knocks
out a book every two years.

Another writies historical books, and knocks out one every five years.

I have been on the Today Show and Sally Jesse Raphael. My son was on an ESPN
program.

I guess that makes us experts.
