Well, I am writing only to make myself stick with this induction for the next two weeks and give you a report back. I have been LCing, kinda for over 18 months now, lost 20 lbs and just maintained it, no losses, no gains. Now I am ready to take off another 20 lbs. just in case my daughter pulls a quick wedding on us. I will struggle to get the gallon of water down but I love meat and eggs, cheese and vegs. I have also joined Curves, expensive but a great system for ladies, quick in and out using resistance machine, with jogging between. Circuit takes 30 mins, then you leave. Very efficient and fun, I love the loud music, helps make the time fly by. They measure you when you go in for the free trial week, that alone made me want to go every day, so I joined and will be measured first of each month now. I will have exact inches and lbs loss (?) to give ya lol kinda scary eh ?

I think it's more scary to you than it is to me.
Getting off the track and then getting back on happens to more of us then most of us will admit.
Yesterday is gone. It doesn't matter. Today and tomorrow matters.
A gallon of water is a lot. Don't force yourself. But when you're thirsty, water is a good first choice.
You're so right, a gallon is ALOT of water. I couldn't get it down, but was thinking water all day and got a couple quarts down I guess. I need to keep track better, I used to use beans to count my waters, its so hard to lose weight over 55 yrs old, just so hard. I ate well today, right on track, no fatty meats tho, I need to get some sausages, I about shivered while eating 2 overeasy eggs this morning, but was not hungry until after lunchtime! Thx for your support, appreciate it.

Don't worry about the water. Just drink when you're thirsty, you'll be fine.
I'm not even going to read your slop, because I REMEMBER you from a year ago and your comments were anything but supportive, what is your problem ??? You sure have a personal problem with your self-esteem (to try so hard all these months to put people down), do you think your actions make you look good?? lol

Your parents would be shocked at your behavior, and most disappointed, I'm sure you weren't raised to be so cruel and self-serving.

I'm in that situation too, and I'm discouraged. I remember the first induction, I lost a lot, right quick. I've been back at induction level now for four days, and see nothing. Am I expecting too much?

According to your sig, you're already 5 pounds below your goal weight. What more do you want?
I guess I got it wrong. My goal weight is 135 (or maybe less), which I used to be at, but now I'm at 140. Sorry for the confusion.
toby.
Ummm... that's your problem. You only have 5 lbs to lose, you can't expect to lose it quickly during induction. The reason you lost quickly last time is because you were 170 and needed to be 135.
