    You could try DUC in Denton

    Nothing in unicycling is particalarly formal but the skills levels are
    clearly defined.

    The Union of Uk Unicyclists (UUU) offer testing and certificates for the
    IUF/UUU levels 1-10. Testing is open to any one, but to get a
    certificate you need to be a UUU member. There is no charge for testing
    or certificates.

    Take a look at the levels requirements on our web page at
    www.unicycle.uk.org

    If you are in the North West of England, then Denton Unicycle Club in
    greater manchester is probadly your closest club with testers. Testing
    is also offered at some uni-meets and at the British Unicycle
    Convention. Some people don't ever take tests but just use the levels
    informaly to give them ideas for what to try next, or to guage how good
    they are compamred to other riders.

    Simon from Cumbria Muni club can also test up to level 4 I believe and
    possibibly higher.
