I recognise that kit, its sold under various brand names. I have some of
the same tools (bought from Mike Dyason) and they're okay -- not made of
cheese! That type of spoke key is poor though -- get a Spokey.

Do you know whether it comes with cable cutters? I couldnt really make
it out from the photo on the link - if so, its worth it for those alone
isnt it?

Depends how many cables they will cut before the blades are ruined. On
some its not many.

Note their price for the kit (I think the same kit): £42.50. Looks like a
good buy from Lidl @ £14.99 to me.
