Yeah, in reality it's not a ticking time bomb but one with a red
digital readout, like a clock radio.
One thing I've noticed is that while, yes, torture always works on tv,
it only works in the nick of time. It would be nice if we could
develop some method that would allow us to stop these countdowns a
little sooner. Defusing the bomb just barely when the readout says
00:00:01 gets pretty hectic. Can't we as a nation do better than that.
Please remind Flogger that it was CHUCK SCHUMER (D NY) who used that
(admittedly unlikely) scenario*, not some hated Admin neo-con or other
despicable Repub.
