Maybe, but you should probably worry more about impotence and osteoporosis.
People who spend too much time on bikes and not enough time HIKING end up with
the brittle bones of an elderly person. Well, that's the wages of sin!

Not true when riding mountain bikes, only a possibility when you only spend
all your time on road bikes, do your homework

  3. Awwww, Mikey found a friend. How nice.

I just read the March 2004 Bicycling article. You should read it, before you
make an utter fool of yourself. Mountain biking is only slightly better than
road biking, and only if you stand up the whole time. Who wants to do that?! You
might as well be hiking.... But go ahead. You have nothing to lose but your
bones. (No WONDER mountain bikers have no backbone....)

Not True, mountain biking is a better resistant workout than walking, go try
it yourself instead of reading some garbage like Bicycling. (no wonder
environmentalist have no balls, they depend on someone else for all their
    info)

This doesn't even make sense. I suggest you return to school and
finish the eighth grade before trying to communicate further.

Just trying to get down to Mike's level, but that's impossible, do seem to
have reached yours though. Thanks for falling for it.

Apparently, all of your "backbone" is in your head.

Now one can get the Mountain Biker off the illegal trail and into the
    new cage:

    http://insideride.com

The revolutionary Super Trainer bicycle treadmill is the result of
over four years of research and development.

Two onboard computer systems continuously and automatically adjust to
rider input. All you have to do is get on and ride. The Super Trainer
can run at speeds up to 25mph and a grade of 16%. The riding
    experience is natural and intuitive.

The Super Trainer is a breakthrough product intended for elite
training centers, sports science labs, fitness clubs, bicycle shops
and the cycling enthusiast who demands the most effective training
    method possible.

    -----------

AKA = Much better than Mountain Biking on illegal trails!
