psoas
I didn't know what that was until this winter. I hurt mine by x-c skiing
too much without a proper fitness base. When it was injured, it would
bring me to tears when it did its little snap against my pelvic bone. I
will never forget what a psoas is.I still feel it occasionally. Proper stretching helped make it a lot
better, but it's not yet 100%.--

of pain, psoas you walk down the meat isle next time you are at the
market, remind yourself that the pork tenderloin is a psoas major
muscle. Filet mignon is a little slice of cow psoas too. Unless you
are a vegetarian. In which case, forget I said anything.Mmmm, psoas.

I'm sure they do, but I've never looked at a turkey or chicken
closely, so I don't know which they are. Working from memory, those
little round muscle morsels on the back of the bird seem suspect
though.--
