I am 31 years old and in the last 8 months I think I lost about 4
pounds of fat and gained 12 of muscle. Currently I weight 160 pounds
15% bodyfat and my height is 5'10". And I am beginning to think of
changing my routine. And I wish there were photos of guys with 15 more
pounds of muscle, that I could pick and take to a personal trainer so
he could help me to try to achive similar results. Of course the
"bodytype" would have to be similar for this to work.

They all have more than 2" cranks too, don't they?

  2. I'm sorry but I am not a native english speaker and I don't know what
cranks are. I gather that I would look very strong if I had 2" cranks.
I'll clarify, I'm talking about photos of guys with 15 (maybe 10 to 20)
more pounds of muscle THAN ME. % bodyfat also within a range similar to
mine. If people like this could have 2" cranks and I liked the idea,
    then why not.

Of course this is just a concept, and from the responses so far it
doesn't seem like anybody does this or anything similar.

Yes you would look strong, because both wrists would be very large,
one from flailing away at your 2" crank, and the other from holding
    the magnifying glass.

You're looking at WAY TOO MANY pics of men. You are gay wether you
    know it or not.

Trust me, they ALL have 2" cranks, as do all weightlifters except me.

You get a picture and take it to a personal trainer, then what?
He gives you a workout plan right? If it doesn't include
exercises very similar to the exercises I described, he doesn't
know what he's talking about. If you do the exercises I listed
and keep your body fat down, you will look like the guy in the
    pictures you are looking for.

I posted a request for advice. And instead you try to offend me. What
of what I posted made you upset?

I think I understand. with a good workout. I will likely will get
results that I will be happy with.

I appreciate the advice. I won't be changing my workout for a
few weeks until I gather all the information.

He's a troll, he responds to everyone that way. Ignore him. And grow a

Why would that be offensive? There's nothing wrong with that.
