  1. "Man was not built to eat grass."

True. But, modern man IS built to eat grass seeds - that is, since
the advent of agriculture. There have been plenty enough generations
of us since then for all but extremely northern populations to have
become selected for a grain diet, as those who weren't died off from
    malnutrition and disease.

  2. Who are you addressing?
Either learn how to thread correctly or at least include some header or
more text with your reponse to the thin air. Perhaps people will understand
    what you have to say?

Grains are a recent development in the human diet. Most cannot handle it
    properly without a cud.

  3. Are you joking? Humans have colonized the world, wiping out all other
species in its path, fueled by grains. The diet of virtually every society
on earth uses a grain as a staple.

You logic leaves much to be desired. Billions of people drive cars too and

  11. Well I have to admit I eat corn and rice. However I do believe that humans
are not supposed to base their diets around grains as we all tend to do. I
think we should think hunter gatherer, where there could well be a little
grain in the diet, but only a little. There would be meat and fish and
fruit and veges, those I believe should form the basis of our human diet.
I refer again to the doc recently saying that "everybody reacts adversely to
wheat" it is just how much that defines whether you are gluten intolerant
    or have celiac disease.

In terms of human evolution, we have only been eating grains only for a
few seconds. It is a very recent addition to our diet.

If you want to avoid simple sugars, don't spit and don't chew things
made from grains. Saliva contains enzymes that break down starches to
    simple sugars.

In the past some peoples chewed grains (cooked) and them spat them into
a bucket, so they could make "beer". The saliva broke down the starches
to sugars, which were then fermented.

Beer of course contains no simple sugars - yeast has converted them to
    alcohol and carbon dioxide.

Here's some questions for you. How long has the human race been
cooking meat? And why did we start cooking it? Why wasn't its natural
form (raw) good enough for us, the vast majority, to continue to eat?
Could it be perhaps that raw meat often made us sick...? Got answers?

And still waiting for you to post your typical daily diet.
