I recently bought a sweat absorbing headband. Tried it today, it is
very nice for running in warm weather...

Headband??? I thought those went out in the 70s. I guess he's just a
    little behind the times...

I always thought they looked really dorky.

Dorky or not, they can be quite useful in preventing
the sweat from running down into your eyes.

I see people using them routinely, especially in races.
Seems quite 21st century to me. Don't let your hatred
of Ig tempt you into making judgemental fallacies.

I wear a baseball cap, it keeps the sweat off and also protects my head
from the heat, which is more important anyway. I'm open to hearing
about clothing that helps with the heat, but headbands bring up
horrific pictures of bad 70s fashions, can't help it, it just does.

    Martha
just don't tell me about your new double knit running shorts...

oh headbands are excruciatingly geeky and this opinion isnt caused by hatred
of ig but rather reinforces the correctness of that position.

So I suppose the tennis wrist bands for wiping the sweat are out too?

I often wear a baseball cap with a 1/2 cut piece of headband under it in the
front for extra absorption. When wearing a normal headband, any color but
    black looks too goofy.

Yes, it was highly helpful. I'll run for about 50 minutes now, again,
with that headband. I will let fashion chasers do what looks
fashionable, at the cost of their personal convenience.

Martha is so stupid that I no longer pay attention to her. She is
desperately seeking my attention, though. I am not even flattered by
    her attention.

BZZZ! Wrong, as always, asswipe. Why would I give a [censored] about an ugly,
scrawny scumbag like you? The only reason I do so is because you like
to post lies about me and other posters. So,I like to point out what a
complete loser you are. Of course, many others in this thread already
    did so.

Please, don't flatter yourself, you really are butt ugly and scrawny.
