I am sure it would be the same, although like many multifacetted alt
treatments the Gerson treatment has evolved over the years. Every alt
clinic tries to keep up with the Jones by including everything that is
fashionable in alt fantasies.

For example I see that Gonzales is now advising his patients to have their
amalgams removed, althought there is utterly no evidence whatsoever that
this is of benefit to cancer patients, and it certainly does harm. If Hulda
Clark goes to hell for nothing else it should be this. I wonder whether
the NCCAM knew Gonzales was going to be doing this when they decided to do a
controlled trial of what is now a quite unethical alt treatment. This was
not in his original protocol.

I put the amalgam argument to a dental sugeon the other day.
She said that the immune system is constanly in a state of equilibrium with
the bacteria in the restored teeth.
The effect on the immune system in her eyes was insignificant.
