I tend to be very solitare at the gym..I dont really want to talk to
    anyone..anyways..I was finishing some 120lb militarys..I was wasted..this
guy asked it I would spot him doing 100 lb incline dumbell benches.I got
behind him and didnt have a clue. Uh..ok..what do I do? He said just keep
your hands on my elbows and help when I'm stuck midway. It worked. He got a
    good workout from that.
He tried to talk to me after..but I dont like talking to people at the gym.
I should probably be more friendly at the gym.

see what happens when you mimic board games.

I'd never heard of the board game. Cool.

Solitare (play on words, you meant SoliTARY)

Im still confused..but im stupid..so thats ok.

Jim, you said that you tend to be *solitare* in the gym.

Fish! - of Arcadia. replied with a play on words about mimicking board
games (specifically the *Solitaire* board game - which is also an
    American card game, btw).

    Get it now?

Regardless, you're not stupid, *I'M* stupid. I thought you meant funny
ha ha and not funny peculiar. Uh, you did mean funny peculiar, didn't
    you?

Because your funny spotting experience didn't seem at all funny to me.
See if you find any humor in my fav'rit:

Was doing squats and asked a regular for a spot. At some point in my
set the so-called spotter was distracted by gym babes. At this *same
point in the set* I got stuck about half-way up from the bottom.

I offer something like, "Hellllp?" He notices my dilemma and instead of
putting his arms under my arms or lightly adding some lift to the bar,
he yanks the bar off my shoulders.

Of course, he's skinnier than I am and finds that he is unable to
reverse curl 185 lbs. Funny how that works.

Bar drops to the gym floor, I fall on my ass, gym babes are
    unimpressed.
