I did it tuning a djembe drum - I wove the 'kinda knot thing', started to pull on the cord to lock it off, with my foot on the side of the drum, which was on the couch, back straight and upright, and when the knot snapped into place, my back snapped out of place, and I shouted many, many loud rude words. Back had been just fine recently too.
