No, not his book. He wrote the book to provide the knowledge to mankind after
being forced to stop the sale of his product.
He invented a "miracle healing cabinet" and was offering it for sale through
the mail by catalogue.
The cabinet was basically an incubator which would accomodate an adult human.
Within the cabinet he provided humidified, warmed air in a very particular
manner, the manner he called "floating air".
By providing no other provisions other than pure water, people with all manner
of diseases whould climb in then only to climb out a few days later totally
recovered from their disorders. The diseases included all the childhood
diseases for which we immunize today and maim and kill tens of thousands of
children.

Oh, Dr. Creep, that IS SO FUNNY.
My husband & I used to go to the larger antique shows & there was always
at least one dealer who dealt in weird medical apparatuses of the past.
I think that one would surely qualify, though I hope he did them in oak
or at least with some oak trim...would look better in the rec room.
