Wasn't that the brush sort of thing that spins around? If so I remember thinking that it looked like an excellent way to end up with horribly tangled hair - with a brush stuck in it. Yikes. That's still not the worst As Seen on TV item ever though. I still think that would be those horrible spinning wire coils that rip the hair out of your leg. They weren't hair removal devices. They were torture instruments.

Ouch. Been there done that - without the cutting. Mostly ripping it out at the roots instead. Ever gotten a curling brush stuck in your hair? Even more fun! Burns on top of the hir ripping while you try and untangle it. I've got 70s level naturally straight hair so curling brushes are a necessity for doing anything nice with my hair. Sigh.

Me, too. I don't do much to it though, only blow dry for some lift. SO likes it better au naturale, as do I.

Howard prefers it loose and soft, but the realities of life usually make me put it up in a ponytail after I chuck some curls into it for body. It's fine textured (except for the silver hairs that are starting to show up) so it flies in my face and bugs me. One of these days I'm gonna break
his heart and cut it short. Just not quite yet. :-)
