the amount of overweight evacuees from New Orleans, especially the

in percentage of obese adults. New Orleans has to be bringing up that
state's average. Is this a health education problem, a genetic problem,

So you're saying that since these people have made all sorts of bad
decisions in their lives, and hence ended up poverty stricken, then it
stands to reason that they've made another poor decision and decided to
be obese. It makes no sense to me.
