For the record, that second sentence was intended to be an if-then, not
a statement of fact. I don't know the group well enough to say anyone

Nay, it is far, far better to feed the troll so everyone can be amused and
not fall into despair. I once knew a guy who fell into despair and he went
down to his dirt floor cellar and hung himself from a rafter. Minnesota and
Wisconsin are notorious for these type of suicides in the dead of winter.
Only the nation of Finland is worse in this regard.

complement to me. I am never insulted by what anyone says to me or about me.
If I were, I would immediately leave these newsgroups never to return. What

I was born with fear instilled in me and I have never done anything much.
All of my adventures have been strictly mental. I have spent my life reading
books and listening to classical music. Yup, that is it except for the
period in my 30's when I spend 10 years wandering the Western U.S. hiking
and camping for 10 years straight. That was as good as life ever got for me.

it was estimated that the average city dweller is on camera at least 35
times a day. What do you think it is now. The government is tracking
everybody and has a database on every ATM machine, phone call, VOIP
(Internet phone) and credit card transaction you make, just to name a
few. They claim it is only terrorists but I can smell [censored] miles
away. Wonderful 21st Century. Even cell phones with GpS are wired to
report their exact location, supposedly for 911 service, but they can
track you without even ringing the phone in your pocket. I have an old
1999 phone without gadgets and that is all I want to do, make a phone call.
