And us, eh? You're one of those group mentality types who can't speak
for yourself. How nice of you to speak as a group.

I suspect you could Google, especially since there's more than one of
you, right, Mr. Us? But I also suspect you're too lazy for that, so
allow me to do the work for you:

No, Curt. Web sites run by tree-hugging health-food [censored] who think
the answer is "only if it's natural, dewd," are not authoritative.
Real science, please, Curt. Neither is it instructive to review the
health problems of people who eat massive amounts of sucrose as their
main dietary energy intake, because one can point to *anything* being
dangerous if not taken in moderation.
You haven't been around here very long, so let me offer you a hint.
The time-worn "here's a bunch of Google links" is a familiar ploy in
MFW; it's designed to cover for the fact that one doesn't know what
one is talking about. Throwing around a bunch of myths here is an
invitation to have them torn apart, so the classic dodge is to point
out a bunch of random links to take the heat off one's uninformed
statements. Great shades of David "DRS" Simpson! It doesn't work,
Curt.
To bring this full circle, please explain why sucrose (in your words,
"white death"😉 has no dietary value, and explain the metabolic
processes involved in your conclusion. You needn't be detailed or
complex -- a few well-crafted sentences will do. Feel free to cite
Medline abstracts. Some of us have actually read the studies and can
dissect them, too.
Please forgive me if I leave the impression that MFW is a little above
the level of fitness folk wisdom. I guess I'm just old skool.
