I believe they have medication for that now....
I would definitely put the medication to better use.

Are you saying you are celibate? Or just incurably impotent? <G>
I think he's saying your bike is the equivalent to Roseanne Barr in a teddi.

You're welcome.
I think the people that poo poo our rides are all a bunch of pansies whos
bikes never get more than 2 inches off the ground. <G>
Mine will be leaving the ground on a regular basis, I just finished
building

Nice, wallrides quite sloped though. Still very nice!

Nice. Although I can't help thinking it looks a little on the narrow side.
Especially the wall ride.

Well, since this is alt.MOUNTAIN-BIKE we get turned on by mountain
bikes, not adult bmx bikes.

is irrelevant. Thank you, and have a nice day.
On that note, I did 2.5 hours (no idea how far) XC riding on the STP, and
other than the abnormally perpendicular seat tube (to allow for the 16"
chainstays), the bike was perfectly competent... even better so than the XTC
it replaced!
I might have to look for a setback seatpost to race it... Do you find it a
problem at all?

That ramp doesn't look like a mountain. [censored], it don't even look like
dirt. Somebody in alt.bmx might cream over the Giant.

Oh, we couldn't have that... it's off topic there since it's a MOUNTAN BIKE
not a BMX.
It's not how you label it, it's how you use it.

find it a problem at all?I probably wouldn't want to do a LOT of cross country riding on it, I
have pretty long legs and I would need a hell of a long seatpost to
get me into optimal pedaling position. The STP is really nice on
downhills though, since it is setup for optimal control and
manuverability.
Hehe... the post is just long enough at the min insertion mark for my 5'5",
30 inseam frame...
The downhills are ALWAYS nice 😉

Nah, we like proper bmx bikes over in alt.bmx. You can keep the mountain
bikes here, thank you.

Since when did any old [censored] with an opinion make the rules around here?

I'm still feeling left out there's no MattB section. Not sure what it would
say, but all the cool people seem to have theirs...

It's not an opinion, usage-based lexicography has a much longer history
than you or I. I thought you were going to form your own alt.adult-bmx
newsgroup so we wouldn't be bored by non-mountain-bike biking matters.

So *YOU* wouldn't be bored, I'm sorry you are so narrow minded.
I'm sorry you think that thing is a mountain bike.

I'm bored and narrow minded too. Man... what a mongrel of a bike, though,
sittingduck.
