so that the diet is not monotonous. Just for an example, let's talk
about what you can do with scrambled eggs or an omlet.
Add one or more of the following:
Cheese - too many kinds to list
Ham
Steak
Hamburger
Onions
Mushrooms
Spinach
Peppers, sweet or hot
Crab meat (I swear, this is yum)
Broccoli
Ok, so you can have ham and American cheese one day, then mushrooms and
spinach another day, then crab and cream cheese, then broccoli and
hamburger, etc. Each combination is a unique flavor, not monotonous at
all, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
