Just wondering if anyone in here has or is doing the meat & egg fast? If so, how did it work and did you lose quite a bit?
That's the way I EAT on many days, I would not consider it a fast. 🙂
FWIW, I suspect the OP is KellyClarksonTV / Aplin17 with yet another boring troll.
Kelly/Aplin17 posts from Compuserve and doesn't crosspost to ASDLC unless replying into an already crossposted thread. This OP posted from Easynews, and a meat-fast isn't anywhere near ridiculous enough to hint of Kelly/Aplin.

GG
Huh????
Your post sounded very similar in tone to a well-known troll in this ng. Typically, she asks kind of weird questions (e.g., "Is anyone else in here trying the eat every other day at 3 am diet?"😉, and never replies.
The structure of your post fit that style, and the fact that you were asking about a "meat and egg fast" (something I've never heard of before, and could find very little about through Google) sounded suspiciously like the troll.

Yep - my bad.
BTW - I did a google for meat and eggs fast, but came up with very little. How can it be a "fast", if eating meat and eggs is part of the deal? Is there any science behind this, or is it one of those "urban legend" diets? And, how does one get sufficient vitamins and minerals if eating such a restricted menu?

Well, eggs isn't usually mentioned but a "meat fast" used to be a common stallbreaker tactic in here.
