    What is EECP?

External Counterpulsation (EECP) is a nonpharmacologic, noninvasive,
electromechanical technique approved for patients with angina pectoris-
chest pain due to severe, symptomatic coronary artery disease-who have
failed standard treatments and who cannot (or will not) undergo

    conventional

procedures such as surgical bypass or angioplasty.4 EECP is facilitated
through a pneumatic apparatus that creates a hydraulic pulse of blood flow
inside the major arteries, using the vascular bed of the muscles as a pool
of blood to pump. Its purpose is to boost cardiac output with no increase

I have reported rb, yet again, to his ISP over the TOS violation. His TOS does
not allow plagarism or spamming commercial newsgroups. All MHA readers should
report rb and all other spammers EVERY time they violate the MHA charter and
their ISP's TOS with their [censored].

The question Jan wants me to answer is this:

"Peter, why is it that you are the biggest "Rat" in the Southern
    Hemisphere with your hatred sites?"

If she cannot see that a) the question is impossible to answer, and b)
anyone asking such a question has no complaint if asked to explain
himself, then it is no wonder that he cannot understand how questions
like "What is your religion?" are both inappropriate and offensive.

Rod, why is it that your are incapable of setting your newsreader to
    properly attribute quoted material?

Peter, why are you asking unrelated questions, (which is a stupid skeptic
trick), ****rather than just answering the question??****

I guess the question will be remian unanswered.

The question Jan wants me to answer is this:

"Peter, why is it that you are the biggest "Rat" in the Southern
    Hemisphere with your hatred sites?"

    Yes, as everyone can see.

    Quoted message said:

If she cannot see that a) the question is impossible to answer,

Ooops, this is NOT about what I can see or not see.

It is not impossible to answer, just do it.

anyone asking such a question has no complaint if asked to explain
    himself,

No, no, Peter, no need to attack Rod.

    JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION!!!!

    Quoted message said:

then it is no wonder that he cannot understand how questions
like "What is your religion?" are both inappropriate and offensive.

    WELL, WELL, WELL.

Far be it from Peter Bowditch to be either inappropriate or offensive!!!!

I guess it cuts to the quick when the tables are switched.

    Why the nerve of Rod!!!

And, poor, poor, Peter, who clearly has a control problem.

    Unreal.

I cannot answer the question because I do not know the answer. Unless
it can be shown that I am "the biggest "Rat" in the Southern
Hemisphere" then there can be no explanation from me or anyone else
    why it is so.

The only possible answer is that I am that because Rod asked me why I
am that. Does that make sense? It might to you.

The question presumes facts not in evidence, i.e. that you are the
biggest rat in the southern hemisphere.

Thus, it is a falacious question, and quite typical of the loaded
    questions asked by the alties.

That is easy, just read your websites, after all I guess it was you who named
    it rat bags.

    It might to many others.

A rat might be appropriate for one who lies and sounds like Tim Bolen.

    OBJECTION!

Peter is a far better, and more ethical, writer that flack Bolen. He
does not have to resort to hyperbole and spinning as Bolen does, as he
    uses peoples own words.

Nor does he use spamming, the way Bolen does. I somehow ended up on his
mailing list, despite the fact that I never opted in for it. He must
harvest the addresses of people posting to m.h.a. and other
health-related newsgroups and then spamming him with his newsletter full
    of tirades.
