So you think. [Just as long as you don't go bragging about it. I get so sick of smug vegetarians. As if they really had anything to be smug about.]
[I get sick also of 'smug' meat eaters bragging about it also]

However, I didn't say you *had* to eat meat, just that it was nice to be able to do so. Plus it has evolutionary justification.
Agreed we were born with teeth 'designed' for flesh. I purely don't like the taste of meat because it makes me vomit as soon as I bite into it.
Are you serious? I'm not at all trying to interest you in eating meat, but don't you think that vomiting at first bite could be indicative of a potentially serious problem?
I don't want to overcome these because I am happy the way I am.
Ok.

Meat makes me queasy.
Ok. Just so long as this condition is only an emotional reaction, not a digestive problem.

Nah, I still can't eat fish sticks or lima beans. Made me puke as a kid, still can't stand even the smell. Start wretching immediately.

Same goes for Boone's Farm or Sloe Gin. <hehe>
BTW, conditioned food aversions like this are a perfect illustration of why "psychosomatic" does *not* mean "imaginary" or "malingering." Vomiting in response to unpleasant stimuli is definitely a psychosomatic phenomenon (physical symptoms caused by a stress response originating in the brain) but it can't be overcome by a mere effort of will.

A highly relevant point for m.h.a, where the mind-body connection is admitted by all and sundry. Unless it's appearing in some sort of undesirable connection, in which case anyone who says the word "psychosomatic" should be stoned to death.
