Blaming Albright for everything that happens in rbr is a typical
move that allows other people to avoid responsibility for their
own actions. Other people had to reply to him and let him push their
buttons.

You could as well interpret that graph to mean that rbr activity
outside July has declined or stagnated since Albright left the
building. It's also hard to interpret without knowing what's
happened to Usenet activity as a whole, or what traffic has been
replaced by cyclingnews, velonews, or (cough) cyclingforums.com
(is that still up?)
