    When I roll onto my right side when I'm in bed my heart begins to beat rapidly for about a minute
    then settles down to normal. I can speed the normalization if I raise my left arm up toward the
    ceiling. I have had numerous heart tests, all normal. Any ideas?

    Would suggest you consult a cardiologist.

    my symptoms causes concern?

    I doesn't. Rings is simply a TROLL on SMC.

    It happened to a relative of mine that was a dairy farmer all his life. They figured it was from a
    bad case of rheumatic fever when a child or the unprocessed raw dairy he was ingesting. He had a
    calcium box around his heart and it felt like it to him also. Surgeons removed the calcium hardened
    box and told him he probably had less than a year to live. He is still quite healthy at ~78, 15
    years later. Yours sounded similar.

    How about giving some specifics? Telling me to see a cardiologist is not very helpful.

    If you're not seeing one, I would think that is VERY helpful advice.

    A dysrhythmia (an electrical problem with the heart).
