  1. I was much more in tune with how my muscles were feeling. A horse came
galloping up from behind and passed me and I heard it and moved out of
the way which doesnt happen when I have my music on. The run was less
fun and even unpleasant in the beginning without the music. The main
thing though was I was so much more tuned into my body. I kind of like
running to be unpleasant because you feel better afterwards. When I
have the music on , I put my arms out like they are airplane rings and
pretend Im flying . I get so high emotionally. Its like a plane crash
when i have to go back to my car.

    morning.

So you get run over by horses frequently? There's a message in there
    somewhere.

Well I agree, because running shouldn't be any different than the rest
    of your life.

Hey! I think I saw you, weren't you in the gay pride parade float this
    year in NYC?.

    it immediately, anyone else guess?

Did you think you could use that EXACT SAME line you used a year or
    two ago, and nobody'd notice?
