Hey, I'll take it. Ludovic Martin has brought some dignity to the team, and
it's about damn time. Yes, he finished 27 minutes behind, but for most of the
stage, he diced it in with the leaders. The effort is what matters, and for the
past two days, he has put in the only visible effort of anyone in the RAGT team.

Let's all chip in and create a fund so that they can get some decent drugs, and
maybe we'll see some more red and green in the mountains next year.

Then I'm posting to Ken to find out the total prize money to RAGT after
Sunday. Then, I'm silkscreening their logo on the front. Back will be
decorated with:

"Last in Tour de France 2004"
"Total prizes $$$$$"

straights, to hold their time on the road when others, like weary marathon
dancers, have already quit? So, tomorrow, Messers Joly and Casper, en
garde. Finot goes time trialing!

N.B. A long time ago (Longtemps ...) the New York Times columnist
Russell Baker wrote a very funny column in which he described
an attempt to read Proust as if it were an expedition to Everest,
Sherpas and all. So perhaps there is something to the link
